    Key Technologies of High-Speed Transmission Lines and Connecting Components

    • Based on the necessity of developing high-speed transmission lines and connecting components, difficulties of independent simulation design software for signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility, high frequency transmission signal attenuation suppression, and key processes of high-speed cables and connecting components were analyzed.Development of high-speed signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility simulation design software, and key technologies such as solid FEP insulation extrusion of high-speed cables, longitudinal wrapping of parallel lines on aluminum foil, high-density shielding weaving and metal shell packaging design for connecting components, were also carried out.Above all can provide important references for the development of high-speed transmission lines and connecting component.
